We are constantly praised for turning lemons into lemonade, but has anyone considered that we rarely have a choice? As the world continues to crush us, we often lose sight of authentic selves in an effort to "make lemonade". It's time to let lemons be lemons.

WE DREAM OF COMMUNITY CARE.

As Black Women (and BIPOC Humans), our existence will always bring about someone’s unsolicited opinion.

We often learn from a young age that we need to cater to the comfort of others and appear strong for our protection. Generational trauma and people pleasing diminishes our personalities and shut down our ability to care for our needs.

If being "strong" has ever broken your spirit, I invite you to put it all down and find your pause.

Calming Lemons is for those of us who are tired of chopping our personality into pieces, squeezing out the best parts, watering it down, and adding sugar to make it palatable.

Unlock the power of the pause, wherever you are in your journey. All humans are welcomed, but recovering people pleasers step to the front please!
